Since 90% of the people hate the design, I guess everything from the 70's is just stupid now right? Fuck Bertone and Giugiaro right? Everything they designed was something a fi ve year old could draw right? And I wonder why the Mach E exist...

No, they made that look good. Tesla did not. Even with the straight lines and creases that has a flow to it while the pickup is disjointed and awkward. Just because the Tesla shares a design language with the 70s cars doesn’t mean it gets a pass on doing that language poorly .

It doesn’t even share the “design language”, it’s more like a riff on a couple of pieces of “design slang”— with no coherent theme or point to it.
